Throughout the 6-8 month building process, we are here to walk alongside you every step of the way. This time will include review & approval of the builder contract and any appropriate addendums that follow, design center appointments, pre-construction meetings and walk-throughs of the construction site. We will also guide you through the hiring of an independent and experienced home inspector to give you peace of mind throughout the process.
