The first step in the process is to determine your house-hunting budget. The best way to do this is to become pre-approved for a mortgage through a trusted lender. Throughout the 6-12 month building process, we are here to walk alongside you every step of the way. This time will include review & approval of the builder contract and any appropriate addendums that follow, design center appointments, pre-construction meetings and walk-throughs of the construction site. We will also guide you through the hiring of an independent and experienced home inspector to give you peace of mind throughout the process.
