The first step in the process is to determine your house-hunting budget. The best way to do this is to become pre-approved for a mortgage through a trusted lender. If you do not currently have a preferred lender, we would be happy to connect you with a fantastic local professional. This vital first step will save you a great deal of time by focusing your search on properties that are within your desired financial scope.

After pre-approval comes the fun part: looking at homes. First, and most importantly, we will sit down over coffee or a cocktail or at your dining room table and discuss the things that are most important to you in a home. Then, we will go to work finding a list of homes that fit your needs and schedule private showings. As we visit properties, we will teach you that buying a home is really a process of elimination, not selection. During these property tours, we will discuss the pros & cons of each home so you can consider all the facts before making a decision to buy.

We will write and fully negotiate a purchase offer that takes into account any contingencies you require and terms that will work for you. After your offer has been accepted, we will walk together through each step in the process including deposits, inspections, appraisal & closing. From financing to property inspectors to title companies, we can connect you with our network of reputable and trusted industry professionals to make the process as seamless as possible.
