I know I talk about listing photography constantly…but it is really THAT important. Please…please…PLEASE…I beg you. If you do not hire ME as your listing agent, PLEASE hire someone that knows how to use a camera to take great pictures of your home, both inside and out. It is really the most important tool (besides price) to market and advertise your property well. Searching the MLS today…I found yet another “victim” of the listing agent photography “FAIL.” This is a photo from a listing for a gorgeous 3,700 square foot home in a great area. The listing boasts an outdoor screened in patio with a large deck area and sliding doors. The lot is a nice size…here is the ONLY photo of the back of the home…
This is not a joke…and no, I absolutely did not edit or change this photo in any way. This is directly from the MLS listing. Do not underestimate the importance of good photos!
